As a key player in our logistics operations, you will ensure the efficient and timely transportation of goods, maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate and manage transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to organize shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to optimize cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Required Profile

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in logistics and transportation. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
