Business Controller (m/w/d)

As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial performance. - Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to provide insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct cost analysis and efficiency studies to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in German and English.
