As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial performance. You will work closely with various departments to ensure financial integrity and provide strategic insights to drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct cost analysis and efficiency studies to optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required Profile

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in German and English.
